A STORYTELLING MOVEMENT

THE VISION

THE VISION

It’s not easy to define Minneapolis right now.

It’s a city going through the pain of defining itself, while still grappling with political, economic, and racial divisions that have gripped it for generations. But as ever, the reason to be optimistic about the future of Minneapolis lies in Minneapolitans themselves.

There is a community of dreamers, doers, and world builders who have positive visions for what lies ahead, and are working to bring Minneapolis to a better, more loving, future.

Here is MPLS celebrates our community, showing our city and the rest of America the full story of Minneapolis.

Stories that capture the perspectives of people at the forefront of transformative change. Stories of people impacted by the status quo, and their hopes for a different future. Stories of people who have shifted their own perspectives. Through these stories, we will amplify their voices—creating a wave of hope and a ripple of actions throughout our community.
